Can’t remember your password or need to update your password for security reasons? Look no further. If you do not have access to your email anymore, visit Recover Account page.
- Navigate to SiTELMS - Reset Password (or go to SiTELMS and click Forgot Password).
- Enter the email address associated with your SiTELMS account.
- Click Continue.
- If the email address is recognized in the system, click Send Password Reset Email.
- If your email address is not recognized in the system and you are unsure of the email address associated with your account, click Recover Email. It will redirect you to the Recover Account page.
- A password reset email will be sent to your email address.
- If you do not find the email in your Inbox, check your Spam folder.
- If the email does not appear in your Spam folder, contact the Help Desk for further assistance.
- Click the provided link.
- Enter your new password and then again to confirm the password.
- Click Continue.
Your password has been reset, and you are now ready to get back to learning through the SiTELMS!
