Generate a content report to view information about the content's creator (Faculty), enrollment, completions, as well as the average score. Depending on your role, you will be able to drill down into the content enrollment to view more in-depth information about the course and its learners.
Roles with this feature: Resource Administrator, Department Head, Department Head Coordinator, Education Specialist, Supervisor, Faculty
- Navigate to SiTELMS. Log in with your associated email address and password.
- Click Reports under the Main Menu.
- You may have one or more roles within the system, so navigate to the appropriate role.
View All Content
- To create a report for all courses, check the checkbox for All Courses.
- Click Run Reports in the upper right corner.
- Once completed, scroll towards the bottom of the page and click on the report under My Reports.

- You can now export or email the report, use filters to find specific attributes, or click on the number links to get more specified information:
A. export or email the report, and
B. drill down for more information.
Filter by a Specific Course
- To create a report on a specific course your associates have enrolled in, click Select Course.
- A pop-up will appear. Type in the course ID number, title of the course, or name of the activity director. Click on the desired course.
- Once selected, click Save.
- Once completed, click on the report under the My Reports section on the bottom of the page.
